Return Policy

At Omni Shower Doors, our unwavering commitment is to deliver products that consistently meet your expectations. If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your satisfaction, please don't hesitate to inform us, and we will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. All Omni Shower Doors products are offered as brand-new items and come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. Nevertheless, we do facilitate returns or exchanges for most items within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided the product remains in its original condition. This policy applies if you find the product unsatisfactory or have had a change of heart. Please note, normally the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be your responsibility, but will not apply if the product exhibits damage or quality issues. Furthermore, for your return to be accepted, the item must be securely packaged in its original container, complete with all included accessories, and it must not have been installed.

 

Damaged in Transit

If your merchandise is damaged in shipping, upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and sending a replacement to you. 

 

Return Instructions

1.Buyer must send email to info@omnishowerdoors.com and request for return authorization before shipping back the return, follow the return instructions, and ship the product back to our warehouse. Return without authorization will not be processed.

2.For remorse return, buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and agrees to pay a 20% restocking fee per item in your order. This charge may be made in advance or deducted from your credit.

3.For defected or quality return, Omni Shower Doors will provide return shipping label at our cost and the buyer MUST send out the return to us no more than 10 business days.

4.All returned items must be in the original packaging, show no sign of physical damage or parts shortage; this may affect the amount credited on your return.

5.Products received over 30 calendar days are not returnable and exchangeable.

6.Products that have been modified and installed cannot be returned or exchanged.

All refunds will be credited back to its original payment method; Refunds are generally issued within 3-5 business days after receipt of the returned products. No refunds or exchanges will be processed before receiving your returned products.
